Q: Double registration on same property

i purchased a property (plot) in 2003 and the same property was sold to another party (henceforth 2nd party)in 2005 by the same vendor. In 2015 the 2nd party gave GPA to another person. I filed a case on court in 2016 (Feb). Now the GPA holder has constructed a small hut in it and taken the possession of the plot. Though my suit requested for injunction, till now no injunction was passed. Altogether, 9 respondents were made in the case. When i inquired about the not issuing of injunction order, my lawyer said that all the respondents were not served the notices, and hence, injunction was not issued. I want to know whether my lawyer's statement is correct or not. how to cancel double registration?, Pl advise me in this matter

Q: Check bounced because of company negligence

Sir, very good evening, I taken loan from shri ram finance, due to some kind of issue I want to change my bank debit from laxmi vilas bank( DBS bank present) to Axis, in January month 2022 I given my cancel cheque and some signed vouchers, they didn't updated, once again in March 2022 I given my statement and letter to branch manager, till date not updated, in april 22 emi cheque was bounced and they said yesterday that this month also cheque gonna bounce, when I given request to change bank at that they said within 45 days it will update, now it almost 150 days, they are not updating and every month they bouncing the amount and adding extra charges, I have any option go by legally...?

give legal notice to the party with full details then you see what they replay they are updated or not then see what they replies depending on file case aganist the company once you visit my office or call me on phone I will suggest you what to do

Q: Suggesstions for taking Mutual consent divorce

Im Hindu, i stays in hyderabad.i got married on december 2019.i dont like my husband behaviour and character, the way he thinks. He also agreed for divorce. But we didnt complete 1 year. What are the possibilites to take divorce. What step i have to take next?

after one year only you can take divorce. if you are not interesting on your husband you can stay separate for the time . after that you can take divorce . Q: Suicidal threats from wife for small issues

i have been married a girl one year back and since that time our marriage journey was not smooth . from day1 she started showing her real colors and abusing my family numbers with very bad words and treating and blackmail on me , she will commit suicide if i wont listen her on very small issues. i have very short video clips(30 sec) which are secretly recorded while she treating , shall apply for divorce with that evidence. is there any alimony do i need to pay here . i am at newzland before marriage but all my earnings are paid to bank loans due to family business loss, current i have only 30 lks assest , how much she can demand if go for divorce. iam hindhu

hello I read your question clearly and understood what you want to say . first thing is if you want to take divorce from your wife if she was willing to give divorce. that is better to you. otherwise it will take some time take divorce . next thing alimony you have to pay your wife . that is must. the payment will be fix when you reach the court . court will decide how much amount you have to pay and what is your earnings . depending on that only the amount will be fixed . so if you want you can meet me at my office call me once .

How to get divorce if husband don't want to give and wife is house wife.. so who will get the child custody as children are minors

if your husband not willing to give diverse then also you can take by filing divorce application no need of consult . if they don't want to give your divorce you can file your own divorce application and take divorce your child custody also . once you file divorce application he must come to the court and is explanation what ever it may be . if your Case is strong then you will get divorce and custody also , if you are you can come to my office then I will explain you how to proceed .
