appeal against divorce judgment

I am an army soldier serving in Kashmir. I got divorce from my wife on 5 Nov 18 from family Court bareilly on grounds of cruelty ( false allegations ). She was and is still getting 27.5% ( 38110/- per month as on date) of my pay as maintenance allowance from army. Court ordered me to pay 35000/- per month to her. She recently wrote to army to continue paying her maintenance allowance as she has got stay order from high court allahabad ( actually she hasn't got stay order, from the attached paper to her application to army I could make out that her appeal has been admitted and notice issued to me on 6 Dec 18 though I have not received the notice yet)
Please check on allahabad high court Portal, first appeal no 811 of 2018.
I am afraid she will manipulate my address and I won't get the notice
Will she get exparte stay order in 6 weeks from date of notice issue date

on the above-mentioned query I have checked on the high court portal , the hon'ble court ordered that the appeal is admitted partially and the notices issued. no order for stay on the maintenance. so don't worry about this.

as per your query if the appeal is admitted then notices will be issued to the opposite party and when it will be delivered to you then you have to appear in court through your council if she will give the wrong address then you can by getting the copy of the appeal through your council can pursue the matter by telling her wrong intensions.

Earlier I provided the details about your matter to some other platform anyways you should contest the same before Hon'ble High Court just because still no stay has been granted to your wife namely pooja Court just passed as order for steps together with issue notice to you who is the opposite party/respondent for more clarity you may contact us.

the divorce has been granted and hence she is not entitled to Maintenance. she is trying to defraud the army Nd you into paying her the amount. the notice should be obtained and the true facts of the case should be put before the hc and the army.
