hi sir if negotiations is not done in mahila thana then how much time to take Anticipatory Bail or they can arrest me in same day.

आप किसी भी कार्य दिवस में अग्रिम जमानत के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं । यदि आप पर सात साल तक की सजा से संबंधित अपराध वाली ही धारायें लगाई गईं हैं, तो काफी हद तक संभावना है कि पुलिस आपको गिरफ्तार ना करे।यह विवेचक के ऊपर निर्भर करता है कि वह आपको गिरफ्तार करता है या नहीं ।

Q: Token amount refund -- How to get initial amount refund from seller

I have given 5L token (cheque) amount for a resale property before lockdown but now there will be an issue with future payments and emi as there no future income prospects because of lockdown. how can i proceed to get my token amount back and is the seller is liable to refund the amount from a legal point of view. till now no paperwork/agreement to sell is done

आपको भी तुरंत ही संबंधित थाने में विपक्षी के विरुद्ध एफआईआर दर्ज करानी चाहिए और ऐसा ना होने पर आप संबंधित पुलिस अधीक्षक के पास भी जा सकते हैं ।यदि पुलिस द्वारा आपकी बात ना सुनते हुए सिर्फ एक पक्षीय कार्यवाही की जाती है तो ऐसी स्थिति में आप संबंधित न्यायालय में भी प्रार्थना पत्र प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं ।

यदि आपने चैक पर स्टाॅप पेमेंट करता है, तो क्या आपने इस बात की जानकारी कारण सहित उस व्यक्ति को लिखित रूप में बताई थी या नहीं और क्या उस व्यक्ति की ओर से मिलने वाले कानूनी नोटिस का जबाब आपने कारण बताते हुए दिया था या नहीं ???प्रायः न्यायालय ऐसे मामलों में भी तभी अपराधी को सुनता है जब वह जमानत ले ले।
