Hi Team I am the petitioner n filed RCR against my wife After 3 dates given by court may be because of covid respondent is not at all bother to attend the court...please guide me what will be judge's next nature of action......
He should place the respondent as ex parte and your advocate must be intelligent to grab opportunity by filing your Affidavit Evidence. Then you will be put into Witness box and your documents will be marked then it will be posted judgment. Hope you will get exparte judgment very soon.
