Dear sir,
It is not clear u are giving your wife 6000/- as maintainas fixed by court?, anyway file a case for diavorce under section 13-B of hindu marriage act.in family court. On this ground that your wife is not living with u.and u do not want to continue your marriage life with her due to many complicated issues.

immediate you need to consult to a Lawyer with all your respective documents of legal proceedings which your wife has initiated against you. And in the meantime your Lawyer would suggest you the precationary measures and the legal remedy to be adopted further.
