In a divorce case on adultry grounds wife stated in her counter affidavit that said person respondent 2 no way aquatence with him and no way concern with him and in cross asked about her bank account and upi mobile number yes it is belongs to me 2.so many times you getting money from him throw perticular upi number said no But in maintenance case her bank statement revealed that she got money from before marriage and after marriage in 3yrs 22times from 50rto 12 k What will do court in Mc
