I want to know entire court marriage procedure for Muslims as per Muslim law.

Dear Client! First of all you have to perform a Nikah according to muslim rituals&customs. Wether shiite or sunnie, then after such solemnisation of marriage the registrar of marriages shall register the marriage and provide a certificate.And marriage shall be registered in accordance with muslim marriage act.

Q: what to do if someone is blackmailing you with photos online ?

Dear Sir, One of my friends (a 22-year-old woman) is being blackmailed by someone on WhatsApp and over phone calls. The blackmailer is threatening to make her private photos, taken by her boyfriend a year ago, go viral. He is demanding a physical relationship in exchange for not sharing the images. My friend is extremely distressed and is considering suicide. Please advise on what to do if someone is blackmailing with photos in India? Any guidance or appropriate actions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Dear Client, Facing such extortion demands has unfortunately become a common issue these days. However, there is no need to worry. The first step is to file an FIR under the relevant sections of the IPC (BNS) and the IT Act at your nearest police station. If the police fail to register your complaint, you can approach the magistrate with an application under Section 156(3) CrPC (Section 175(3) BNSS), requesting a directive for the police to register the FIR and initiate an investigation.

Sir mujhse kisi 2000rs call girl ke naam pe le liye hai mujhe paise ni chahiye but I'm take stand for me.... And morals for all youngsters... Dear client. First of all you need not to say ever that you do not need your money back. As it is your own money earned by you. Second if you have details of said numbers and the detsils mode of transaction then without any delay Lodge an f.i.r. to nearest police station and if police advise to make it to cyber cell then do the same without any delay disclosing the mob. Numbers and also peoviding the details.

if your husband has deserted you without any cause & reason you may file maintinance for yourself & your child.do approach the nearest local police station and also lodge a complaint stating the reasons therein.
