if your husband has deserted you without any cause & reason you may file maintinance for yourself & your child.do approach the nearest local police station and also lodge a complaint stating the reasons therein.

separation up to 7 years will validate to bri g in action talaqul ahsanessential ingredients are 1. it should not be given in ighlaaz (fit of anger, where one is unable to understand his doings)2. in between the period of 3 tuhrs ( menstruation cycle) of q month gap.3. 2 persons of sound mind (male) or 1 male or 2 females as witness.talaq sended by speed post or postal communication is voidable.

Medical age of the girl should be conducted.you have not mentioned wether it ian inter religious or inter caste marriage.if both are of same religion you have to get the marriage solemnised by rituals&customs as prevalent .then can come to HC with a prayer for directing not to harass the married couple.

Boy side filed a petition for quashing fir in HC.when mediation started he refused to give alimony amnt. we spent arnd 32 lcs in marriage but he is a liar and says will give only 8lacs like always he wants to cancel the mediation not given a penny of the interim alimony amnt how to set them straight
