Wife left home since 10 months ...living separately

Hi, after 1.5 years of marriage....My wife left me before 10 months...she just fought & left home....ow I don't where is she is living, she is doing job in Delhi....but I don't know where she is living now....she had blocked me on WhatsApp, not answering my phone calls, no reply to text msg....ow I am tensed what should I do now? I discussed with her parents...they are saying she is not ready to come...her parents are threatening us for police complaints...they are doing false allegations...as of now we are trying to sort it out through mediators....but they are not responding us....I feel like crying....my parents are tensed too much.....please help me.....what should I do?

as ur saying tht your wife have left ur home since 10 months back.your marriage is 1.5 years old.ur wife is not at all interested in maintaining any relationship with you any more. she has blocked you everywhere possible contact .and after that your in-laws are giving you threads tht they knW tht there daughter is not willing to come back to you but still they will file false cases against you . as of the whole conditions ur explanation is totally very serious in nature in this type of conditions you should have to take legal action against your wife and as well as of ur in-laws. so u and ur parents remain safe in all prospective and ur in-laws are not able.to file any false cases against you or against ur parents pls take urgently action by the court.

You should initiate section 9 proceeding under Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights and incase she still voluntarily doesn't want to stay with you then you may initiate divorce proceeding against her.
