Wife filed false complaint on husband and in laws

hi Sirs, i am working at gulf country and married in chennai, tamil nadu girl on 2016.after marriage she lived with me for 2 month in my native.then she went to her parents home. she moves with office guy friends very closely and from 2016 i ask her to quit job and come with me to gulf country. last year for only 5 month she came to gulf with me and stayed, and got conceived. now she got baby. when i asked her to come back to my native or to gulf with me, she denied and she ask me to stay with her family. next day she went police station and complaint against me and my parents in dowry case. i do not need this kind of character, she wants ruin my future. how can i get out of this complaint and get out from her without giving alimony? could advice me about this please

It's not big matter sir because the wife when leaving to her husband after they will move dowry case only so that case are false only

If both of you agree for the divorce on mutual consent,alimony matter you can decide among yourselves.The court will implement you agreed terms.otherwise if you are to prove that she is living in adultery with somebody you can avoid paying alimony

Hello, First of all you respond to that police complaint and file a counter against that complaint at court. If you not wish to live with her then you may file a divorce case against your wife at the court

file a AB before the session or high court for your parents. the bail has to be taken first then other process shall be made. if it is false one the other side shall get punishment under supreme court directions. the alimony will be decided later
