Q: Wife filed false complaint on husband and in laws
hi Sirs, i am working at gulf country and married in chennai, tamil nadu girl on 2016.after marriage she lived with me for 2 month in my native.then she went to her parents home. she moves with office guy friends very closely and from 2016 i ask her to quit job and come with me to gulf country. last year for only 5 month she came to gulf with me and stayed, and got conceived. now she got baby. when i asked her to come back to my native or to gulf with me, she denied and she ask me to stay with her family. next day she went police station and complaint against me and my parents in dowry case. i do not need this kind of character, she wants ruin my future. how can i get out of this complaint and get out from her without giving alimony? could advice me about this please

Q: Property not transferred on my name even after taking money from me
For the past 12 years, I am living in my grand mother's house. she is not no more now. She expired 12 years ago. My grand mother have one son & two sisters. 10 years before everybody got money from me & said as soon as possible will change the property to your name. now property worth getting high so suddenly everybody come & fighting with me to go out of the house. I have all the proofs like aadhar, rashan, bank,passport,voter Id ect. but they don't have any records on their name in this address. Please advise. can I file a civil case on them?

However to decide your right of entitlement to your grandmother's property certain things like the full details of your family.details like whether your grandmother died intestate without writing any will, how she acquired property are needed

Dear Sir, The court executing the decree shall only determine all questions relating to the execution and satisfaction of the decree and delivery of possession .The Exercise of power under section 47 is limited and microscopic in nature.The executing court will allow objection to the decree only if the decree itself is null and void from the beginning and against provisions of law and the error is apparent on the face of the law.Otherwise the court will not interfere with the merits of the decree
Q: Divorce on the ground of mental torture
My employee (foreign Passport Holder) married an Indian in 2015. They lived together for some time but the harassment from her husband and his family started heavily. Traditions of both are different and now they are insisting that she should change her caste and religion - threatening her; putting her into mental torture heavily. This is going beyond limits for two years. my employee wants to apply for divorce. The marriage was registered in India.
