What to do if my wife does not cooperate

Hi, In the last two years of life, I realized that I cannot manage both house work, job and baby over full night. Wife is always abusing, playing mobile games, threatening if I tell anyone in the family. Now I want to get rid of this as I cannot bear any more tension. I am staying in UAE and want to know if I take my wife to India and run back to UAE leaving her there, will she be able to harm me and my family? Will Indian police have the power to catch me here in UAE?
Well it depends on the merits of your matter.
Certainly it is not advisable that you leave her in india and then expect that you wont be prosecuted.
U have to b clever in taking decission on this aspect.

I understand your problem. But rather than running back you can file a divorce petition against her and legally go back to your work and enjoy your life. This will be more helpful and you will be free.

Firstly you can get some blank papers signed from your wife, without telling her and then file for divorce. Does she have the PR of residence permit of UAE ? that she can go back?
Rest laws in India won't be able to do any harm to you in UAE if you don't leave any evidence or document behind your back in india, since extradition treaty uh UAE is to there.
