Q: How can i protect myself from harassment from my wife's family

I have done love marriage on 20 jan 2017,After completion of one year i got on kids.My mother-in-law trying to disturb my family as well as my small kids. They are totally non educated family . They want her daughter to separate due to they don't have money to survive ,they want her daughter to her hand to take money every time from her.I have already given lot of money to her but still she want my house and all. I am jeweler i have taken totally wrong decision and marry with her , pls tell me correct solution , because i am too much scared What should i do?

Well things seem more of complex nature while perusing your grievance.It seems you wish to move on for contested divorce and separate yorurself so to save up from any harassments which may caused to you and your family.

Q: What to do we are leaving separately after one year of marriage

Married to a banker, posted to Jaipur just after marriage, met on weekend only and have one daughter. Living separately since Aug 2014, one yr after marriage.

Whether u come under the category of desertion or not will be a matter of merit in your case. Anyhow since you both not living separarely over a year, it is certainly a good ground to be pumped up in case seeking legal separation.

Q: What to do if my wife does not cooperate

Hi, In the last two years of life, I realized that I cannot manage both house work, job and baby over full night. Wife is always abusing, playing mobile games, threatening if I tell anyone in the family. Now I want to get rid of this as I cannot bear any more tension. I am staying in UAE and want to know if I take my wife to India and run back to UAE leaving her there, will she be able to harm me and my family? Will Indian police have the power to catch me here in UAE?

Well it depends on the merits of your matter. Certainly it is not advisable that you leave her in india and then expect that you wont be prosecuted. U have to b clever in taking decission on this aspect.
