Hi..I m Kavita..n I want to know something about law for divorce case...for my friend who has to file a divorce case. She has no money to file a divorce case against his husband. She can not hire a lawyer bcoz she has no money. And har family is also not helping her financially. In such condition...what can she do?
If she want to legal help or any advocate support call me free. Buy if she want a advocate to file a divorce suit she can approach to district court DLSA and apply for free lawyer. They provide her free lawyer.

Very first tell me whether she is Hindu or some other religion and first she has to file a case under section 125 Criminal procedure code for maintenance and get it from her husband monthly basis or one time than if essential she should file case for divorce.

its like saying u need medical treatment but dont have money to pay for it, what will u then , u go for govt. hospital. although lawyer is not necessary in divorce case. u can contact a lawyer and agree to pay later as well.

Dear client the reasons mentioned by you if taken on their face value are true, then the aggrieved person may approach to district legal service authority established at every district&session court. She may prefer an application before incharge (DLSA) for same and the DLSA shall provide her legal help through any counsel as enrolled by district legal service authority.
