Sir, there are some elderly individuals who do not allow us to play in the park and verbally abuse us if we try. They only support their own children when they play but criticize us when their children stop. Can we take any action against them? Are there any Supreme Court judgments on playing in parks or public park rules and regulations in India that might help in this situation? Please advise.

My ex is torturing me sends me messages insulting me, putting false accusations on me and threatens me if I filed a complaint. He abused me on phone. He also abets his girlfriend by pitting false accusations on me, to threten and insult me and she does accordingly. Shall I go to NCW or police to take legal action? What if I file police complaint against ex boyfriend after 10 days if his last abusive call because I need time to convince my family

Name- madhvi(girl 21 yr) i m in relationship with a boy and i want to marry him but due to my relationship some of my relatives (father , uncle ) they keep torturing me nd put me in a house from 4 years i can't go anywhere without their will nd sometimes when i disagree for marriage they beat me nd last year on about 8 or 9 june my uncle poisoned me luckily i got saved due to my sister but that routine of threats nd mental harassment continues everyday . I would like to give suggestions that till your partner age become 21 your should wait for him and if your parents pressurized you for doing marriage with other person you go into the shelter of court or police. A pvt ltd com which stopped function before 6/7 years ,but a company of another Distance region filed a case under us who had supplied goods then ,US 138 ni act .But we received no cheque bounce information.Our ac is dormant till now since 2014.We have remembered no blank cheque issued to them earlier also.Then on 2010 we lost a signed cheque and stopped immediately at our bank branch.plz suggest solution.
