From day I got married my husband is been cheating on me. I gave him so many chances I forgived him so many times but this time I really can't . It's so frustrating I can't bear the pain. Last time I had committed suicide luckily I survived. I don't want to give him divorce but also I want him to suffer and want revenge.
You can file domestic violence only if your husband has been subjected you to any creulty and you can seek maintenance from him on monthly basis also you can seek his property for you and teach him a leasson unfortunately tou cannot do anything apart from this but this will be a criminal case on your husband which will come onto his job

you may file complaint against him for domestic violence before the magistrate. You May also file criminal complaint before the nearest police station for torture and harassment meted out to you by your husband and innlaws.

Well, you can merely seek a Divorce from your Hubby. You cannot file a Criminal Case, as Adultery is no longer a Criminal Offence. Adultery has been decriminalised in India in consonance with the precedent set by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

For whatever your grievance you should take atleast minimum legal step first by way of writing complaint against him in concerned police station and Manila Ayog so that they can take cognizance and resolve the issues by calling upon both parties. If do not want to take any court proceedings as of now.
