Hello, my father wants to register gift deed on my name for residential plot. I am aware of stamp duty and registration charges will be Rs 200/- each. Please let me know if we will have to pay Metro Cess 1% and LBT 1 % on the market value of the residential property .

Q: Bullying in college by Lab Partner
I am being bullied by college by my lab partner.We both are 19 year old male.Details of the bullying :- 1)shouting/being mean. 2)telling the teacher that I don't work ,thus the teacher giving me 7/10 instead of 10/10. 3)out of frustration, he snatched the disc from my hand(a lab equipment)(happened once) 4)ordering me to do his work. Q: Offer given By Builder For Society Redevelopment not Satisfactory
Offer given by Builder is not satisfactory. 95% tenants gave the consent to the same builder. I am not satisfied with the offer. My flat carpet area is 310 but builder is calculating RERA carpet 298 sq ft, there r total 60 tenants but builder is giving only 30 car parkings. My flat is occupied by my brother, flat is mine but the society communicates with him keeping me aside. Corpus fund is only 15k , rent given is too less which 22k, atleast 28k is the ongoing rental rates in the Jogeshwari E vicinity. What stand should I take against the builder and society?
