Travel abroad when FIR filed under section bns 85 dp 3 & 4

Wife filed FIR under section bns 85 , dp act 3 and 4. Chargesheet not yet filed.
Once I get ab bail, can I travel to USA to work for 1 year.? If yes what permission /application or condition should be satisfied? I will not be able to come once in few months as it is expensive but I will be able to attend video conference
okay I understand your questions so you have to plan go to USA but you are struking criminal case your wife filed right. once filed a FIR you should take anticipatery bail they mentioned condition right you have to file a modifications of court bail conditions and will take a permition to go to USA.

If there is a condition that you should not leave India or jurisdiction of local Court then without permission of the Court you cannot go to Abroad. Your Advocate may file necessary application seeking permission to go to USA for earning livelihood if rejected you may approach High Court and get such order.
