I was married in 2015. I m not happy with my relationship. I have 3 yrs old baby girl. So, I want a divorce with alimony. what can I do? Pls, suggest me.

I advice you to work vide a strategy thereby first intiating a DV complaint in MM court thereby seeking protection orders qua yourself nd your minor daughter and then proceed to other remedies. Then carrying those protection orders file for divorce on the grounds which is relevant in your case and then press for the maintenance and alimony in the said petition.
