Q: The process to file for divorce and alimony

I was married in 2015. I m not happy with my relationship. I have 3 yrs old baby girl. So, I want a divorce with alimony. what can I do? Pls, suggest me.

Q: Divorce if wife forces husband to live separately from his family

My son married in Feb.2016 & his small daughter also for 1.5 years. From Last one year his wife force to him for doing the separation from us (family). But he not want to do this. Now from last 12-15 days before her uncles & mummy come & trying to solve the matter. Our relatives also sit in this meeting. But she do not want to live with our family & she is going with her parents. Now I want to know, if she files any case in court, there is some positive possibilities or any law for inlaws ??? is there any law in India, if wife forced for separation from family then husband could do some action & file the divorce in court. In this case, he doesn't need to give any alimony to wife. Pls suggest & help me.

if wife willfully want to separated with you then this is a valid ground for getting decree of divorce. And the hon'ble court will not burden you with any alimony. you should approach to the hon'ble court with your lawyer

Q: What to do if the college gave me a cheque and that dishonored

I was on the faculty of a college and they paid me by a cheque which was not honoured by the bank for lack of funds. The same was duly informed to the paying authorities and was promised a new cheque/ money transfer to my account. It's been over Four Years and I have yet not received the payment despite reminders.

You should take the legal remedy under sec 138 N.I.Act for receiving your money from your friend and also under CPC for recovery of your money if the limitation period for filing under 138 N.I.Act will lapsed.

Q: Complaint against hospital for medical negligence for wrong treatment

Love Kush hospital ne ,mere bhai Ko Bina sugar check kiye Bina treatment karta Raha. jisse 10 din bad uski aakho ki Roshni Chali gayi .Baad m ham use aankh ke Dr. Ke pas le gaye jaha unhone bataya sugar 500 ki wajah se eski aakh ki Roshni Chali gayi. Hamne use Stephen hospital me admit karwaya waha par uski position aur bigad gayi . 12 din ventilator par rahne k bad k Baad uski death ho gayi. Dr .ne bataya sugar ki wajah se multi organ fail ho Gaye. Mujhe love Kush hospital Ko band karwana hai . JIS se wo future me kisi ke sath galat Kam na kare. Aur uski salary 30 k per month thi. Mata ji ko uska compulsion bhi milna chahiye. please help.uske pas Mediclaim policy bhi tha jiska use usne 6 saal m kabhi nahi Kiya ..sirf es Baar Kiya. Kyo ki wo phle kabhi bimar nahi tha.

Sir, aapko Luv Kush hospital ke against legal action jarur Lena chahiye. Apke pass sabhi aawashyak documents hone chahiye jaise unhone kis bimari ka ilaz karna suru kiya tha. Jaruri test karwaya tha ya nahi phir discharge hote samay kya report di etc.....

Q: Wife complained in CAW cell husband want to send a copy to DCP

Hello sir , I belongs to hindu religion. MY wife complained against me at caw cell Delhi. My wife slapped me in front of Investigation officer due to hearing then Investigation officer did't take any action against my wife after that I called the police at 100 call and PCR came and i went to police station and registered my complain. now I want to send complain copy at DCP CAW CELL So can you please suggest me that i should send complain copy at DCP CAW CELL or not if yes then please suggest me and further how will I process. regards

Yes, you to may avail the legal assistance once you are misbehaved or mistreated by your wife. As per your statement your wife slapped you while the meeting at CAW Cell before concerning officer yes you can complaint against your wife according to 100 call to DCP .
