I have 11 months baby , husband is not accepting to take us to his house , what to do ?

Dear Madam, You have to file Domestic Violence case and with the help of protection officer and POlice you can forcibly make entry into your husband's house. Otherwise you can claim maintenance for yourself and your child. Otherwise you can file petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act seeking Restitution of Conjugal Rights if decreed and failed to accept you then he has to pay monthly penalty.

In the case of your husband is not accepting you and your child not keeping with him and also wiring to give the maintenance and then you can file restitution of conjugal right for asking your right as a wife and also you can file maintenance case for your child and yourself after marriage his husband is not winning to fulfil his obligations as a husband and father then this amounts to equality on wife and child born out of that marriage then you can go for domestic violence case as well

A father has legal obligation to bear expenses of his his children even if child's mother is earning. His obligation is as per his financial condition. But if he is paying the expenses but not allowing you and child is a different issue. Give more details.
