Proceeding with Mutual Divorce despite the hidden Impotency of Hus

07-Apr-2024 (In Divorce Law)
I married an impotent person in November 2022. He, along with his family—his mother, brother, and sister-in-law—mentally tortured me to conceal his impotency. Now, I am pursuing mutual divorce to save time and agreed for zero alimony. At 31 years old, I do not want to waste more time. Throughout this ordeal, where is our judicial system? Is it merely in a name? Men commit crimes, and women are expected to forgive due to the time-consuming nature of legal proceedings."

You indeed took a wise decision to save time but then you also have other grounds under domestic violence to teach them a good lesson ! Judicial system is time consulting. However you need to hire expert advocate to speed up things

Mutual divorce is an amicable dissolution of marriage. If you are not agreeable to the same, we can proceed for contested divorce and claim for maintenance. Based upon your materials and evidences, matter can be disposed of earlier and may not take longer time. Feel free to contact

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

I understand that marrying someone who isn't forthcoming about their, ahem, capabilities can be grounds for annulment. Let's get you out of this situation faster than you can say 'I do' (or did in this case).
