my husband n my in laws only give me food to eat nthg else no money nthg n dey dnt allow me to go to my parents house my husband beats me

You can also file divorce petition on basis of cruelty under section 13 A Hindu Marrige Act before compitant court of district or family court . If any consultancy or legal advice or drifting petition and filing the same please call me. Thanks.

Hi, You can get divorce on the ground of cruelty. You can contact the nearest District Probation Officer with an application for protection who will call your husband and in-laws for counselling. Dear client, File a divorce petition in family court on ground of cruelty under section 13 Hindu marriage act 1956 against your husband. And file and of Domestic violence case under section 12 of domestic violence act also.

U have to registred a fir of cruelty than file a complaint of domestic voilence before the judicial magistrate than u have file a suit for divorce u/s 13 of Hindu marriage act.u have to prove cruelty and harrasment with u in the case of divorce

First of all you call your parents and have to lodge an FIR against all the persons who harassed you in your in-laws because you have the equal right as per the constitution of India and nobody can harass you. If thereb is no possibility to re unite then file an Divorce petition before the Family Court where your parents resides.

You may file for divorce on the grounds of cruelty. You may also file a suit for claiming monthly maintenance from your husband. If you have children, you may claim maintenance from your husband until the kids attain majority.

You can file an FIR against him. Cruelty is a ground for Divorce. A petition for maintenance also should be filed since he is liable to pay maintain his lawfully wedded wife. If your husband also agrees then you can go for divorce with mutual consent which is faster and more convenient.

Hello you have not mention about the year of marriage not mention about the religion. you have to hire an advocate and file divorce petition under domestic violation and Divorce under physical cruelty and mental cruelty
