Need help in domestic violoence and physical abuse

My sister got married on 15 Jan 22, in Bareilly. We are Hindu Brahmin. After marriage, to be a loyal wife ...she confronted her past. Now, we don't have any clue that husband was also in some affair, even he talks in front of his wife. All jewelleries they just took and submit in bank. She is not allowed to talk on phone, always recording is on. Once she took a photo in her phone with her girlfriend, so he deleted the entire data of my sister. Now, this is a very critical condition where she can die any time. She is helpless, having no money... whatever my father give to my sister, he just take it by making few excuses. Sometimes he slap my sister while talking. He misbehave with all of us. Please do suggest what to do. We are in big problem.
you have three remedy
1 you can file domestic violence case against her husband in concern court
2 you can file a criminal complaint of dowry against her husband and his family
3 you can file maintenance case against husband
if you follow three of cases sincerely than you got the result

previous life does not matter mostly people having past before marriage but at this point of situation she must not be harassed in any form..it can be physically, mentally,and economically .she must not thinking about dieing at this point of time because every problem has solution she must talk to her husband, otherwise legal action has to be intiated against the law violators it's a matter of dowry and domestic violence...go for legal advice...
