You need to wait for a year. However you shall leave the premise if you are not comfortable and this 3 months can be used for legal notice.

Grounds will be marriage cruelty. You may claim alimony as well however its totally depends upon you

dear client if your husband is also agree you both can file a mutual divorce if he agrees with mutual consent can be settled with some amount if you only want to get separated then you can only apply for divorce after 1yr of completion of marriage then only you can go for divorce after ter divorce or during pendency you can apply for maintenance for further information please contact us with relevant documents

yes you can file a petition under section 125 of Cr.P.c for maintenance. But you can not file a petition for divorce at present because your marriage has not been completed one year. you can only file petition for divorce after one year of your marriage. you can contact me for detailed discussion and guidance regarding the process of getting divorce on mutual consent basis or contesting divorce through the administrator of this website
