i dont want to give divorce its just 5 months we got married he wants to marry other girl can he file divorce petition? nd can i denie to divorce

yes the divorce petition can be filed however it would take lot of time to be decided if you oppose the same and further it need to be seen under what ground the petition has been preferred by your husband for further details you can call

NO he can't file divorce petition at such premature stage and even if tried to file under any other section to declare marriage void he can't. You should collect the proof for future that he is willing to marry someone. Relax he can't do that as law is with you.

You have legal right to defend your side in Court.Therefore you may do preparations in your mind for contesting divorce petition if it is filed by your husband.If divorce petition filed by your husband then you can claim maintenance from your husband.

hi in this case it is important to note that divorce petition within one year of marriage is not permissible, your husband will not be allowed to file divorce in this ground. furthermore if you don't want divorce and he is neglecting you then you can file case for restitution and maintenance

No one can file divorce within one year period from marriage. Further you can always file a suit for restitution of marriage in case he separate without divorce. Even if he filed divorce suit against you on grounds he prefer. You always have an option to deny chatgea and contest the matter. You share more information to guide better
