you should get legal heirship certificate from the court and submit it to the society and after that society will add your name in the owner list. The application needs to be made to Civil court in the area you are residing along with death certificate of your father and mother

Hi,I am pune resident , I brought flat in July 2024 from pune builder , during flat purchase builder have all the details like RERA and the required complete documentation after possession the 7/12 changed to government name I have followed serval time with builder but no positive responce and we are continuously asking to change name to society name How to process further because now I am not able to sell my flat , complete blocked
