My father is having extramarital affair and forcing my mom to divorce

Hello,
I'm 23 year old and currently in the last year of my college study. My father is having an affair for almost 5 months now. Now, he is trying to get my mom to sign on divorce paper so that he can legally move in with the other woman. Yesterday when my father was at home and having bath the woman called up and i picked up and told her not to call. She called again and this time my mother replied not to call. She in return said that be ready and she will file a police case (don't know on what basis). When my father came out he got furious on me and told us to leave the house (my mom, brother and me). We want to seprate my father from that woman. What kind of legal action can we take?

Your mother can file adultry case against that other woman. Moreover your mother can file case under the provision of domestic violence against your father and that other woman to teach them a lesson for the worng, they are doing with your mother
