Q: 23a HMA counter claim application in high court in first appeal

Husband has filed null and void case in family court, rajkot n final order came in favour of wife. So husband challenged this order in first appeal in High court. Now can wife file section 23a of HMA in this first appeal n asked for compensation of 80 lacks from husband? 23a HMA application wife has not filed in family court then also she can filed directly in high court without filed in lower family court??

yes she can file petition u/s 23a of hindu marriage act 1955 because when you had filled petition in the family court that time you have mentioned allegations of crulaty, harrasment and other now which orde passed against husband they challenged before high court therefore trail continue in the high court so you can file this petition in the high court the court will consider your prayers this is your right so when you served summons of notice you can file that it's mandatory provision and many judgment of supreme court or high court are available

My family member, a jewellery shop owner, has been locked up for 3 days now after a convict confessed to the police that he sold stolen gold items at their shop. Honest answer: They haven't bought anything from that person. Current situation: The police are going to present him in court asking for remand. Question: Can we give the money/items in court and get him out of the situation? What will be the outcome if we falsely confess and give the items/money in court for getting him out of the situation? now what's situation is there remand procedure is completely and now on bail ya in judicial custody in the jail if they confession before police officers regarding offence it's not sustainable in the evidence act because all are confessions also manipulate as well under pressure of fear so now you can send me fir copy for my perusal thereafter I will give you advice

• Aadhaar Card (via UIDAI correction process)
• PAN Card (through NSDL/UTIITSL)
• Passport (by applying to the passport office)
• School & College Records (submit updated birth certificate)
• Bank & Government Records (update as per new documents)

• First, get the birth certificate updated.
• Then, submit correction applications to respective authorities with legal proof.
