hello mam, advocate alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, divorce shall be granted only after much deliberation, would like to know what is the import of the notice, and you can file for mutual divorce if there's a consensus between you both, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications, further ensure that there is no criminal case registered against you in India if registered it will affect your grant of visa, thank you

your preparing mutual consent it was you must settle 3 things between the court one is the child study the second is Tally money and third is the things which you have wond by each other and after that you must file a divorce in the family court if it is possible we can get divorce within 20 days they have a special Weber has never given by the supreme court when they are marriage was not been carry forward behind circumstance the court will consider all these things and have wave the cooling period and they will Grand within a source of immediately after 7 days they will take a caring and they will give one more counselling whether you can join together or not and the same day if you are not willing together you can put an end to the marriage by the way of taking evidence mutually on agree terms and afterwards and the next day in family court they will grant divorce
