my wife not ready to come to mu home and not ready to giving divorcee

We married 2022 may 13 two years completed but she does not ready to physical relationship with me from last 18 months and doesn't ready to come with my home and same time doesn't ready to giving divorce but she asking asking settlement what shall I do

hi advocate Felix here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights followed by divorce, and alimony shall be granted only after much deliberation of your salary, secondary income, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications

sir when she was not performing the conjugal rights and have any physical relationship you from the date of marriage then you can file a petition for nallenvoiled on the ground of non consumption of marriage so when you file non consumption of marriage then and that case you cannot give any maintenance to your wife get a professional advise on regarding the facts and circumstances of the case which is fall in your case
