dear client as per your query you have already discussed about your mutual divorce so joint affidavit must have been given by both the party ie you and your ex-wife but unless you get the certified copy of your divorce decree in your hands until then you are not officially divorced for further assistance please contact us for paid consultation with your relevant documents.

Dear Sir,
You can get to know about the status of your case online and get printouts of the same. If judgment is pronounced ask your Advocate to get certified copy of the judgment and decree and you can use the same for your reference. Your wife if aggrieved may approach High Court. If you want to know whether your wife preferred appeal or not then you have to file Caveat Petition before the High Court.

Hi,
according to the above subject
Second Motion hearing and Final Decree

Once the parties have decided to go further with the proceedings and appear for the second motion, they proceed with the final hearings. This includes parties appearing and recording of statements before the Family Court.

If the court is satisfied after hearing the parties that the contents in the petition are true and that there cannot be any possibility of reconciliation and cohabitation and the issues pertaining to alimony, custody of children, properties etc are settled, Court can pass a decree of divorce declaring the marriage to be dissolved.

Divorce becomes final once the decree of divorce has been passed by the court.

you can abstain certified copy, take a copy.
what ever is,

If the judgement has been passed, you can ask your lawyer to get you a certified copy of the said judgement/decree (submit a nakal sawal application). Technically those are different things, but if the divorce decree has been passed, that's enough proof.
