Is it possible to share the complaint copy and the fir number. You can use it to defend saying that they are trying to claim amount from trying to blackmail you before that. If there is an fir filed, you need to take a bail.

MY wife emotionally abused me when we were in Dubai. She abused me emotionally, financially and when complete gave up and i was depressed she callled cops on me to cover up her mistakes. as there was no mistake from my side cops did not arrest me and I could resign my job and by my family s help we 3 came back to India. Wife harrased & torture me much more, so I filed for divorce. Then wife filed false 498a due to this I also attempt suicide.
