Maintenance case filled on my husband... court served him summons

Please give me the information...I filed maintenance case on my husband before lackdown... court served him summons...due to corona it is lagged.. now in last month jan 2021 court again surved him summons second time..but he wasn't attend....ext month march also there is hearing...my question is if he is not attend to court...even next hearing also... what decision or action court will take? And how much time take to get decree.? He is government employee

If the respondent is intentionally refused the summons, the honourable court may issue the arrest the respondent.( depends on case status , section's , time etc)
