Sir/madam,i belongs to hindhu religion,my husband and his family scolds me with silly reasons,they are mentally harrasing me with their words,my husband also scolds me bitch so many times with his family support he beat me twice,once they forced me to lie on my father-in-law feet for apologize,they hurt my self-respect,even they warned me like they can seperate me and my 1yr old child,i gave a petition in nearest police statiom,now im staying at my parent's house,he didnt gave any hospital expenses/maintainance to my child and for me,i dont have any proofs of harassment that they did to me,if i file FIR,can i get juistice without proofs? you have the right to file Domestic violence case and Maintenance case against your husband and his family members.
Your husband is liable to pay for maintenance of you and your daughter.
you may file a DVC case and MC case in your jurisdiction.

We both got married on Nov 2013 as per hindu marriage, since then he is not much interested in marriage, have extramarital affairs. only for kids he stayed with me. Hi .. I had an agreement with my employer .. because of work environment I had to quit .. before quitting I informed my employer the same .
