Is legal notice mandatory to be signed by the client

One of the person has sent me the legal notice making false allegations on me.. nd the notice was signed by advocate and his seal … when I replied to the notice the person again sent me the notice stating the previous notice was not sent by him… now what can I do??

Hello,
you can ignore the notice then.
probably someone is misusing the advocates name to pressurize you for something.
Also, until you get a notice from court you shouldn't be worried.

You must have enquired from the advocate concerned first before giving any reply to the party regarding the allegations he/she had put upon you. If you are satisfied with his/her current notice then there’s no need to do anything. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Signing the legal notice is not required. It is not compulsory. Normal notice is sent via Registered Post. Your advocate should be able to provide a copy of the notice sent.
