There is so much influence of politics on my husband that if my opinion doesn't match with him he use to beat me. He also always taunt me about religion. Some time he also use very abusive words. It become very intolerable for me to leave with him. I cannot tolerate such mental pressure anymore. Please suggest me the divorce process because I want to leave a peacefull life that is not possible with him. I don't want any alimony or anything from him. I just want divorce from him. Dear client,
Yes , you .usr have been tolerating all abusive behavior as you stated the situation prevailing with your husband.
He must have been suffering from inferiority complex. Whatever be , you may file divorce case at civil court, if your marriage has passed one or more years after consulting a advocate. you may also claim interim relief for fighting case and maintenance from your husband, or if you are in job then you may not claim the same. you can contact online fir more legal needful advises on paid service.
Thanks.

just consult to a lawyer for better options there is possibly mutual divorce if your husband agree on that otherwise you have to file a contested divorce to get a degree in your favour this is the last and final resort to achieve the goal

what you are stating are suitable grounds for obtaining divorce on the ground of cruelty. such a provision is given on the Special Marriage Act and your case fits the provision. you should not leave alimony since it create pressure on the opposite party

Hi,

Divorce by mutual consent can happen when you both have made up your minds to separate. A divorce petition by mutual consent can be filed at the family court/district court as per your place of residence.

In order to file your divorce petition you need the legal guidance from an advocate. Feel free to consult me for the same.
