for obtaining divorce you have to file a petition in court if the husband is not ready, further if he is ready and if all the issues regarding permanent alimony or maintenance are settled you both can get divorce by mutual consent file filing a joint petition in family court, if husband is not ready then you have to file a case of divorce against him.
