We have perused your query and we would advise you to immediately share the copy of the notice recieved by you as non appearance on your part would ruin your case. You may seek a detailed legal consultation forthwith and proceed legally

What was the context of the notice…??? If it was from family court then it will be a divorce petition. You need to attend the court date as it is stated in the summons. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

See if the notice has come from Saket code that means probably your husband has filed for a court case and if you refuse the service that is do not accept the service or take the notice then the court will presume you are avoiding the service and then proceed to EX parte that is the case will go on without your presence or without hearing to you in the court whatever are the circumstances you have to face then you have to appear in the court and tell them your version probably it's a divorce case as your husband cannot get maintenance from you or if there were differences between you and your husband and maybe it is it under section 9 HMA asking you to join him back in the matrimonial home but the same can only be known only after you receive the summons and the case you should also got the summons in the case by WhatsApp and email as per the current scenario you can check that if you want we can assist you in this matter and get back to us

If you have received any notice or summon from the court then you would require to abide by its call and would require to file your response to the case filed by your husband. However if you are out of station then you may authorise any lawyer to appear in your behalf. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact Thanks .
