Q: What will be the expense for the entire case?

I want to file for divorce on base of domestic violence, I'm mother of two kids and want to file for divorce but I'm unemployed want to know that how many years it will take to grant divorce and the fees for all the years and what are the chances to get the custody of my kids?nPlease help!

mam it will accordingly 2 to 3 years ..u can say it can be in ur favour but not knowing the whole facts no body can tell how strong is ur case..and u can accordingly 5k per month for 6 months total 30 k

Q: i am living separately since 2 years 3 months. what should is do now

I am living separately with my from my husband since 2 years and 3 months now.... i hv registered a complaint against him & my in laws at CAW CELL delhi.... we hv been given many dates, FIR done in Nov 2022. but no action taken. What should i do now?

u should file for judicial sepration or divorce on mutual grounds ..to avoid delay in ur case otherwise it will create more hassle and it could lead too more details which are left apart ..more u delay it will cause more discrepancy in the case

Q: I want to take Divorce ,can i fill case for null and void marriage.

Sir/Mam,I marriage happened 18years ago, right now i am living with my husband I want to divorce with himWhen i got married my age was not completed 18years.Can i fill case for null an void now?

yes u can file for a void of marriage ..u can file the case with documents of birth certificate and adhaar card of ur orignal age if u have . and u can get it certified by GOI as well .but ur case formed should be strong

no sir you can move forward with the proceedings it's not an issue ..it only takes 1.5 months for mutual divorce ..there is no hassle in this case of any kind..u can resolve this case with less hassle .

Q: Release of vehicle from police station

I've submitted the superdari at the court after my car was taken to police station for inspection after an accident causing minor injury to a pedestrian. The court order directs the IO to release vehicle after an indemnity bond of 5 lakh. My vehicle is an old model i10, make of 2015. Its worth is not even half the amount of indemnity asked of me. Can someone explain the point of this bond and if i am required to pay this amount?
