Your marriage according to Hindu rituals in Mandir is valid when you have proof of your marriage , either by persons or by pics taken together also along with other persons, just marrying or after marriage. Also any documents showing both names thereafter.
Also , if you can show any documents of his treatment for his Alcoholic, however if you have no issue since 2009, then both grounds are valid for filing for divorce.
