Hello , as a lawyer I will suggest you to maintain a proper balance in your relation if possible at this very stage and my further suggestion to you is the last step which can only be taken when it is very clear that the relation between you and your husband will not survive
Few of the prominant legal steps which can be taken by you which will cause you less effort and eventually less pain when you lodge telephonic complaint to women's cell for your security and then an online FIR should be made and its version should be mailed and annexed with other details to different personals and different organisations by which a positive action can be taken so that a pressure can be created on your husband by providing him a last option so that he might come back on a right track, I personally have seen many of the cases that after legal pressure family disputes had been solved.
It is very important for you to make a very strong, positive and effective FIR by which a proper relief can be achieved ! For the purpose of lodging FIR it's pertinent to Note that it should be containing all the relevant contents and should be exhaustively exact and effective, for that you should pursue to a man of good practical legal knowledge or to an advocate .

first of all u have to decide whether you want to stay with him or not. if yes is your answer then file divorce case. secondly you can also file cases for maitainance for you and your child. lastly you file a case under domestic violence act and also go for lodging fir against him on grounds you mentioned in your query. for more brief u may call me in case of need.

you have good you have to have good grounds for taking divorce from your husband as he has been cruel to you physically mentally and financially these are very serious x men against his wife. apply for divorce along with maintenance case against husband report will provide you it maintenance for you and your child as well at the same time it and also report of criminal complaint against husband in police station.

You can file a divorce against him with mutual consent under Section 13-B if he is ready to give you divorce. You can get an FIR lodged with the police against him. For further queries you can write to me.
