Q: Withdrawal of cases FIR , DV, maintance case

i have put 2 cases and FIR against my husband 2 years back, not much proceeding happened on this.Now i want to reconcile, my husband also want to reconcile but not compromise.All written in statement in true, but i still want to reconcile , its been 9 years of marriage and i have daughter . can you provide me kind a statement which will work for both party. i dont want to win the case but if any statement which can save my relation and also satisfy husband too

Q: Harrasment from parents, putting questions on wife's character.

My parents are keep harassing to my wife from very begining of my marriage and keep on going from last 6 years. Due to this I am not staying at my parents residents in Hometown. I am staying in Noida on rented property. My parents took all gifts and cash including jwellery received in marriage. Denied of giving any of this, even sold wife's jwellery intentionally. They didn't spend any money on my education, even though they asked me to send money from my income. I had given money to them for around 1 lac in beginning, but after that I stopped. Now I am asking to give me some money to pay my dues from bank in the form of loan, they denied of any support, and putting bad allegations on my wife's character. I want to take some legal action as I have given enough time to manage all things, but nothing improved, it's effecting my personal and professional life both. Please suggest possible action.

Sir My age is 39 nd my marriage is 10 years old. I have 2 kids age 5 years and 9 years . I have very bad relations with my wife because there is no communication ,no understanding, no respect to each other, no love . My wife is rural nd so rustic type that she does not want to know her responsibilities and don't want to know change her living life style. Her behavior is too not good with my parents . I do job in a reputed infrastructure sector com. I want to divorce or live separate from my wife for avoid to quarrels or fighting that happens daily. So please advice me

Book Company Has Put 2Check Bounce Case On My Mother. Business was done by my father and my father has passed away 2 years back. Father gave check on my mother's name. I contacted owner directly and told that my mother is old and we want out of court settlement. We agreed to return all books and pay 8 lakh. Now owner is saying to just transfer the money and return the books and he will get the case dismissed.. should I just pay the money without any written agreement?
