husband is divorcee. How to get petition filed by him in 1st marriage
02-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband is a divorcee and this is second marriage for us. He gave judgement copy of his divorce but it was mentioned as exparte. His first wife did not appear for court proceedings. So he had obtained divorce based on exparte. We requested him to give the petition filed by him or his marriage photo. But he is saying he doesn't have anything except judgement copy. Is there any means that I can get the petition copy filed by my husband against his first wife. Thanks.
no for getting the certified copy you have to apply to the same court, you cannot apply in your current district, further when you are having the judgment copy you can easily get the petition copy and other documents produced in the court, contact some lawyer of that district and get the copies or contact me I can arrange to get them subject to payment of required fees.
