Using under 482 section.and also having compromised affidavit from petitioner. Quashing and cancel my FIR.Now I will get a UPSC exam job or any other problems there??

You have to approach High Court to Quash your FIR under 482 direction and then only you can apply for a Government job. while applying for UPSC its website will ask whether any case is pending against you. so if you dont get the FIR quashed then it is a big problem in future even if you pass UPSC exam.Pls contact vide nine seven nine one zero one nine nine four one one

If you have a receipt from the seller and if you have all the related documents, then you have to first send a legal notice and then you have to file case before consumer court in your district and you can claim compensation from the ac dealer along with court expenses also

the offence is punishable upto 3 years or with Rupees Ten Thousand Fine or both. If your are punished with Rupees Ten Thousand alone then you have to check with Railway Police that whther FIR has been filed against you. If FIR is not filed or no case is registered against you then you can apply for Government Jobs but in the application you have to say that you were fine Ten Thousand Rupees. But, if FIR has been filed against you then only after the case is over in Court you can apply for Govt jobs.
Q: Want To Know What Call On Status Means
Can anybody tell me what call on means in the status of court case. I am fighting a maintenance case and domestic violence one in that call on status is showing in the last hearing. Do I need to show something or the court is calling next time.

your case will be called for hearing on the said on that date. if your case is before chennai family court then you shall appear before the Judge on the hearing date. if your case is before other district court then you have to ask your advocate to appear before the Judge on the said hearing date.

You would get compensation amount depending upon what job she was doing, the amount of salary she was receiving, if she was riding a motor vehicle at the time of accident then she must have a valid driving licence, the opposite vehicle should have a valid insurance, driver having valid driving licence. The educational degree she had obtained. If she was working then the compensation amount would be above 35 to 40 lakhs, if she was a house wife then the compensation would be lower
