I first filed divorce case... my wife not attend to court but vakalath filed..even not filled counter completed 5 hearings.... now wife's parents complaint on me in police station filed 498a...my wife brain stroke patient.. nearly from 2 years she was completely best rest ... attack parlaysis also......I was service my wife nearly one and half year......my wife even not speak because of brain stroke......this done after 2months of my marriage....nPolice how to filed 498a case without my wife.
hi you could file quash petition against section 498A of IPC and that you were not connected to the allegations and that you were not alleged to the offences and that the contention it was filed only to harass you
