Judicial separation is the option if you do not want to for Divorce then can opt for judicial Separation, this will allow both the parties to live apart while still legally married. If not Divorce then Judicial Separation

Well, if your Wife is facing some serious Psycho Issues and you have got evidence for that like Prescription Papers from Psychiatrist or Certificate from a Psychiatrist or Mental Hospital, then, you can lodge a Police Complaint under the concerned Mental Health Act, 2017 and can get her admitted to Mental Asylum apart from getting the Marriage declared as Null and Void, but if your Wife is mentally stable and despite being aware of this, you are wrongly trying to frame her as Psycho, then, you will be punished as per the stringent provisions of law and as such, you have to face Jail time too

Hello, You can go for Judicial separation. Whereas, Judicial separation refers to a legal process where married couple can live separately without officially dissolving the marriage through Divorce. It is a court approved separation that allows the couple to live apart for a certain period while remaining legally married. The purpose of judicial separation is to provide an option for couples who may be facing marital issues and need time apart before deciding whether to proceed with a divorce or reconcile.

1. Judicial Separation: If divorce is not an immediate option, you may file for judicial separation, which allows spouses to live apart while remaining legally married. 2. Restraining Order/Injunction: If your wife is causing harm, threatening you, or behaving violently, you can seek a restraining order or an injunction under domestic violence laws to prevent her from staying in the matrimonial home. 3. Eviction through Court Order: In some cases, if you can prove that her presence is causing mental or physical harm, the court may allow you to evict her. 4. Medical Evaluation (If She Is Mentally Unstable): If you believe she has a psychological condition that makes her a danger to herself or others, you can approach the court for medical evaluation and, if required, seek institutional care. 5. Mediation & Settlement: If both parties agree, mediation can help resolve conflicts, and she may voluntarily move out as part of a mutual settlement.
