મેં મુંબઈમાં પિટિશન ફાઈલ કરી છે. તે પછી મારા પતિએ અંકલેશ્વરમાં ડિવોર્સ માટે કેસ ફાઈલ કર્યો છે. તેની તારીખ પહેલા આવી છે – 08/05/2026, અને મને મુંબઈમાં 08/07/2026 ની તારીખ મળી છે.પહેલી તારીખે શું વકીલ ફરજિયાત રહેશે?જો વકીલ નહિ હોય તો હું કેવી રીતે આગળ વધું?આગળની તારીખ આવશે ત્યારે શું ત્યારે વકીલ જરૂરી પડશે?

Q: Reply only if you do pro bono for counsel & case representation

I have been facing severe financial hardship for the past 31 months due to continuous unemployment and currently have no active source of income. Q: Eligible for Overtime and shift allowance for 7 months job

I worked 7 months for a manpower consultancy company who designed me to work in another company in Pune. During 7 months I was heavily exhausted working 9 hours or more than 10 hours on most days. 3 days I have worked from morning 6 am to 11 pm. My manager kept on saying you agreed to cover UK shift and that's why you are hired. I didn't got any overtime or shift allowance. The contracting company had clauses of 3 months notice, as a last option I did data breach to exit. Need payment for work

Dear client, need to understand what data breach you have done. Do you by any chance have a record of your working hours. Did your offer letter mention of shift timing. You surely can claim for your dues, however the document check is required before giving a correct advice.

I have all the documentation in place including the company confirming my F&F due yet they have not paid it for 10 months now. I have sent reminders multiple times.
