Sir in my case my father want to transfer property (flat) to me (son) through will can notarized will valid after death of my father whether I have to pay any stamp duty or registration fees after death of my father to transfer name if I made notarized Will there is nobody to challenge his property

A notarized Will can be legally valid if properly executed, but notarization alone does not transfer ownership during the father’s lifetime. A registered Will is generally preferable, though registration of a Will is not compulsory in India.

Q: I’ve moved into a rented apartment but no agreement has been shared

I’ve moved into a rented apartment more than a week ago. I did Aadhaar biometric KYC at broker’s office and paid registration fee almost a month ago and paid two months rent as security deposit to owner. I have paid one month’s rent as brokerage as well. Till now the rent agreement or leave or license agreement has not been shared with me. But both of them are following up for first month’s rent. What are options and what should I do?
