You can file domestic violence act case against ur husband and in domestic violence act case u can claim maintenance and residential from ur husband. if you are firmly determined to be separate from your husband who is abusive and mentally torturing you , then you can go for a legal notice to him which will be basis of divorce fling , but if you have been crossed 1year for your marriage period.
Divorce can be given only after 1y of marriage.

you can file divorce petition by two ways 1 by filing Mutual petition if both the parties are agreed and other way is to file contested divorce and for the alimony you can file maintenance so that he can maintain you either by giving you money monthly or one time
