Harassment 498 Divorce Dowry Case

A colleague/friend is having issues in his marriage. His wife has filed a dowry harassment case in women’s cell against him and his family. She has also named me in her complaint as well alleging that I am having an affair with him. She has pulled his call logs however just usual 5-20 min calls made during office hours.
Need to mention here that their is no “affair” and is just office friends.
How am I suppose to prepare for this and why in God’s name am I getting dragged into their 498 dowry harassment case.
Hi when did she file it and all what did the Women cell people say and all what had happened why did she file the case and all what did the women cell people say what is the proof and all that ur having an affair and all

Dear client,
Has she filed a complaint case before court under section 498a, if his wife named you in complaint and court has taken cognizance, if court would take cognizance then you may be involved, otherwise not. If she has filed FIR and in that case your name has been mentioned in FIR, then you will have to take Anticipatory Bail, from court.
or if court has taken or established 498A case with your name then also you will have to take A. Bail.
